Ingredients

  • 450g chicken breasts (2-3 breasts), trimmed
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 packets chicken gravy mix (28g each)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 475ml water
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

For Serving (Optional):

  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Butternut Squash
  • Crusty bread

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot insert.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, chicken gravy mix, black pepper, and poultry seasoning until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Add the water to the crockpot and stir briefly to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir the pieces into the gravy for even distribution.
  6. Serve the chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes, with a side of butternut squash and crusty bread.
