- 4 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop the bok choy. Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done.
